Alan, his wife Candice, and children Tate and Olivia have called Conroe home for over ten years. During that time, Alan served as Student Pastor, Pastor of Assimilation and Church Life, and now Associate Pastor of FBC Conroe. Alan loves the local church and its role in equipping the body of Christ to do God's work locally and globally. Alan has a BBA in Management from Baylor University, a MACE in Student Ministry from Dallas Baptist University, and is currently in the dissertation phase of a Ph.D. in Leadership at Dallas Baptist University.
