JAIR CAMPOS - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jair is the founder and Executive Director of Missions Connex. He has been a missionary kid since he was nine years old, living in Portugal, France, and as a career missionary from Brazil to Portugal. He has planted and pastored churches in Brazil, Portugal, and the United States. He has a passion for evangelism and equipping young adults to plant churches. Jair has a bachelor's, an MDiv, and a ThM in missions and evangelism from SWBTS. He is currently finishing his DMin also from SWBTS. He has served as a missionary from the Brazilian Baptist Convention to Portugal, as a church planter in the DFW, and worked as a church planting consultant for Texas Baptists. During his tenure at TxB, he started and directed the Church Planting Center, the Missionary Adoption Program, and the eTraining for churches.

BRYAN TANTZEN - CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Bryan combines a passion for business and Chrisitan missions work. He has worked for over 20 years as an executive, including in the Internet of Things (IoT) at Cisco Systems, helping leading manufacturing, utility, and transportation companies become more efficient by leveraging new technologies, as a Vice President at i2 Technologies working to transform supply chains, and before that at McKinsey & Company in strategy consulting.
Bryan speaks Japanese and has served in and led short-term missions work in many countries around the world including in Japan, Brazil, Moldova, Nicaragua, and the US. Bryan attends Tallowood Baptist church, has an MBA from Wharton, and is currently pursuing a part-time masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

GENARO TORRES - VICE-PRESIDENT
Genaro has been the pastor of an established church called Iglesia Bautista Alana Lane since 2014. He studied at a biblical institute and retrieved a certificate in biblical studies in 2018. Genaro has a wife named Araceli and three beautiful children. He has been a construction worker for 23 years. Genaro is passionate about discipleship and mission ministry and has done mission work in Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama.

ALAN ARMSTRONG - TREASURER
Alan, his wife Candice, and children Tate and Olivia have called Conroe home for over ten years. During that time, Alan served as Student Pastor, Pastor of Assimilation and Church Life, and now Associate Pastor of FBC Conroe. Alan loves the local church and its role in equipping the body of Christ to do God's work locally and globally. Alan has a BBA in Management from Baylor University, a MACE in Student Ministry from Dallas Baptist University, and is currently in the dissertation phase of a Ph.D. in Leadership at Dallas Baptist University. In his free time, what little there is right now, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son's baseball team, watching his daughter learn and grow as a dancer, and pretending he's a good golfer.

SHIRLEY MCDONALD - SECRETARY
Shirley McDonald was born in Texas and grew up in eastern New Mexico, where her dad pastored. She received her associate's degree in general secretary from Eastern New Mexico University and worked for several years in that field. She later graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in education. Shirley enjoyed teaching ESL and reading to students for 31 years. Shirley has been actively involved in Woman’s Missionary Union all of her life: leading G.A.s (Girls in Action), Mission Friends, and Youth on Mission, serving on the Erath Associational WMU Leadership Team, and participating in mission trips. She served as president of WMU of Texas from 2014-2019 and is now Recording Secretary for National WMU. Shirley enjoys reading, singing, writing, and laughing.

JOEY YOUNG
Joey is the International Missions Pastor of North Monroe Baptist Church. He and his wife Lori have a heart for international missions and stepped in to oversee the program at NMBC in 2020. Joey and Lori got married in 1984 and have three sons (Andrew, Christopher & Nicholas,) three daughters-in-law (Laura, Emily & Bailey,) and five grandchildren (Camille, Caroline, Margaret, Charlie & Elizabeth Brooke.) “I am a product of others discipling me in my life. I enjoy leading others to Christ & the aspect of discipling others. There is something special about connecting with students. When I see them grasp the material & understand it & then pass it on… that’s what it’s all about.”

CARLOS ALEXANDRE VIEIRA
Born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carlos Alexandre Vieira moved to the United States in 1998. He married to Elaine R. Vieira in 2001 and from this union the Lord gave them two wonderful children: Raphael Vieira and Leticia Vieira. The Lord gave him the opportunity to attend Calvary Theological Seminary of Lake Charles, LA where he graduated in Arts of Religious Education and since then, have been helping other pastors to plant different churches in the Houston area. But only in December 2015, he was ordained pastor and since then, he has been actively working for the Kingdom of God. Having understood the calling, he developed a passion for mission and was one of the founders of the Brazilian Church where he attended and worked as Mission Pastor. During his ministry there, he had raised funds for missions in Niger, poorest African Country, India and Brazil.
