WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and the final authority for our life.

We believe there is one true God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Spirit.

We believe Jesus Christ is God, the living Word; he became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose from the dead, ascending into heaven where He is seated at the right hand of God the Father. He is the only mediator between God and mankind. He is the Head of the Church, His Body.

We believe Adam and Eve were created in the image of God. They chose to sin against God; thus, lost the relationship with their Creator for which reason they were born.

We believe that those who acknowledge that they are sinners, repent and receive the forgiveness of their sin from Christ and choose to believe in Jesus as their only Savior and Lord will receive eternal life - a new eternal relationship with God that lasts forever.

We believe that at the moment of death the believer in Christ joins His Savior in heaven and lives forever in fellowship with Him.

We believe that once a person is truly born from above he or she in no way loses his/her status as a child of God. (I John 5:13). Jesus will never drive His children away. We believe He will bless his children with abundant life.

We believe true Christians should love one another, showing that we are disciples of Jesus.

We believe it is our privilege to live and obey the command of Christ to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple people from every nation.

We believe we have the privilege of deepening our relationship with Christ daily to get to know Him more and consequently love him even more.

We believe the children of God who will meditate on scripture will prosper in all they do. Psalm 1:3

We believe that God’s people should assemble regularly for worship, for participation in the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper; for edification through the Scriptures, and for mutual encouragement.

We believe that Jesus Christ will come again to the earth – personally, visibly, and bodily – to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
