Dr. O graduated with his PhD in Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Biblical Counseling Program. He is passionate about helping those who struggle with substance abuse, and has over a decade of counseling experience serving in various ministry capacities. Dr. Okinaga is married to Nicole, and they are parents to James.
